MTR(Bangalore) markets two very tasty products: 1. Ready-to-serve Bisibelahuli Bath; and 2. Dry Bisibelahulibath powder, if you wish to cookat home. You can follow instructions on the carton in both cases. I have found them most authentic and very tasty.
These should be available in most Indian shops in the US.

Hello Chitra,
I do not know about Amma .com much but I do know MTR Chairman very well being a good friend.However I prefer that younger generation knows art of cooking from basics.Readymade masala powders can be used in emergencies but not always.
