Hi,
You get small dinner rolls which look and taste just like pav, at any supermarket.

you can get it in supermarkets like stop n shop, grand union or pathmark or in all bakeries. It comes in various shapes.
In US it is a very popular kind of bread and is made with with lots of eggs

Hi Seema
I used to buy that bread from supermarket.
ING:
cauliflower - half
potato - one(u can add some more ,i dont like potato so i add little less)
beans - 1 cup chopped(u can use frozen)
carrot - 2
green peas(pattaani) - 1 cup
green chillies -up to ur taste
onion - one and half(big)
tomato - 2
ginger paste - 2spoons
garlic paste - 2
cinnamon and bay leaves
METHOD:
Boil all veg(except peas) in a vessel and mash well.Boil peas seperately and mash it well.Heat
oil in a kadai add cinamon ,bay leaves then onion and chillies. Then add ginger garlic paste.when onion looks transparent add tomato.fry well. Then add the mashed veg into this.Add phav bhaji masala(from indian stores),chilli powder(up to taste),dhaniya powder(1 spoon),cook well. Then add peas into this and cook this well for few min.U have to stir well when u cook. Finally add garam masala(one and half spoon) and finely chopped corriander.Mix well.Delicious phav bhaji is ready.
Cut the bread toast it and taste and let me know the result.
