Hi

Actually i am on diet .very difficult thing to do :). i read in magzines to cut down the red meat so i want to know that mutton is also in red meat catigory or not... please help me

  As far as I know, yes, mutton is red meat but is the healthiest of that category.

  u can take soya instead of mutton.it is very tasty & contains 53 gms% of protein
