I would like to give her a basic Indian cooking supplies.

Types of pots, steamers, spices, books, and that sort of thing in a gift basket. She likes to cook and eat Indian food. Does anyone have any suggestions. I would really be a basic type of introduction into Indian cooking.

  You can buy her a suite of books by an author called Mallika Badrinath. Most of the recipes are south Indian. I bought my friend this for her wedding. She loves it.
