Could someone post receipes with "Suraikai" ?.
What are all the items that can be made with this vegetable?. I love this vegetable.

surakkai poricha kootu can be made/use in more kuzambu/sambar also. Hotels in Bangalore add this veg in sambhar

i usually use sorakai in mor kozhambu. peel, remove seeds, boil in salt water with a little turmeric. Add this to the mor kozhambu.

What is sorakai? English or hindi equivalents would be helpful. Tx.
