Dear Latha,
This is a very simple dish but time consuming.
PAAL KHOVA
milk-1 lt or 5 cups
sugar-100gms or 1/2cup
METHOD:Heat milk in a heavy bottomed vessel.Put a cup inside the milk(to avoid the spilling).Let your heat be moderate or medium.When the milk thickens add sugar and stir well.As the sugar melts,it nicely mixes and it leaves the sides of the vessel.Put the heat off.Enjoy it.[The paal khova tastes depends upon the milk what you use]

You can add some cardamom to it at the end for flavor.
