clarification about paniyaram..

After grinding the rice and urad dhal together, can I make masala or paal paniyarams immediately, or do i ferment the batter at first?

Hi,
Best to my knowledge I don't think you have to ferment the dough. Paniyarams are like vadai's where you grind the dough and then immediately fry them. Good luck!!

I have never made paniyarams. Can you please let me know the exact steps and ingidients to make jagerry paniyarams. Please explain every bit, so that I make good dish.
