Thevayanavai(for 2 people):
Medium size vengaiyam-1
uLutham paruppu-4 teaspoon
cooking oil-2 teaspoon
Sivappu MiLagai - 2
PuLi - oru siriya urundai
uppu, perungaayam-thevayanavai
Seimurai:
Vengayathai thol neekki siru siru thundugaLaaga vettikoLLavum. vaanaliyil oru spoon ennai vittu kaindhadhum vettiya vengayathai sivakkum varai nangu vadhakki thaniye vaithu koLLavum.
Meendum vaanaliyil 1 spoon ennai vittu uluthamparuppu,sivappu miLagai, perungaiyam serthu uLuthamparuppu nangu sivakkum varai varuthu koLLavum.
PuLiyai siridhu thanneer vittu nangu karaithu koLLungaL
uLuthamparuppu soodu aariyadhum blenderil varuthu vaitha uLuthamparuppu, sivappu miLagai, perungayathai uppai serthu nangu podi seidhu koLLungaL. piragu vadhakkiya vengayathaiyum, puLi thanniyaiyum serthu nangu araithu koLLavum.
Poondu virumbigaL idhudan poondaiyum serthu vadhakki araithu koLLaLaam.

Well..Ramki's recipe would work but I usually avoid 'uluththam paruppu' for peerkangkAi thuvaiyal. Also, I add some pudhina or kothamalli for flavor.
Also, after grinding, fry some mustard seeds in oil in a pan and add the ground mixture and evaporate the extra water in it. This way the thuvaiyal can be stored for longer time in refrigerator or outside for a few days. Make sure there is lot of oil.

Ramki try cabbage thogayal the same way. cut cabbage and fry it well and grind along with the other ingredients which you have used for vengaya thogayal.

hi u could try for paruppu togayal...
iduku time um romba aagada..
ulutham paruppu oru teaspoon oil vitu nalla fry pannunga..u can add little shredded coconut too.
red chilles kaaram thevaiku erpa fry panikonga.. elathum arachi paste a panikongo..
parupu togayal ready
idu cold or fever irunda vaaiku romba tasty ya irukum
