can anybody tell some recipie using Buck wheat (also know as kootu, kotu in different laguage). Thanx

  you can go to the www.bawarchi.com and click on the saroj's cookbook. in that web page in the heading of festival recipes there is a sub heading of navaratri recipes and vrat recepies. both the category have recipes that use kootu flour as a main ingredient.
