Type of Dosai Tava

The non-stick type of tava gives good crisp dosai but not suited for adai etc. In iron tava, dosa usually sticks & can't get crisp dosas so easily. Which actually is the best & how to maintain both? Thanks.

You should try TIBOS Dosa Griddle available from www.chennaiimports.com. It makes very crispy dosas, upto 13 inches in diameter. Made in France, this dosa griddle makes the crispiest mouth-watering dosas I have ever tasted!
