Here are few dishes
Chcken Kabob
You can use pathak's paste or make your own marinate
Chicken diced in cubes
Marinate

Curd
Mint & Cilantron paste
garam masala
Salt
Chilli powder for extra spice
Garlic and ginger paste
Red color
2-3 table spoon lime juice
Red & green bell peper diced in big pieces
Baboo kabob sticks
Mix all the ingredients for the marinate with the chicken and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
Put the pieces on the kabob sticks alternating with one red and green bell pepper
Stack them up in a foil tray & keep it refrigerated
Take it out when you are ready to put it on the grill

Fruit Punch
Orange juice
Mango pulp
Pinapple juice
Fresh squeezed lime
Apple cut into small pieces
Pinapple pieces
Mint to Garnish
Mix all the juices top it with mint and apple & pinapple tit bits
You can make some pav bhaji ahead of time & just put the Hamburger buns on the grill & serve it warm to your guests
All these can be prepared ahead of time so you can be relaxed when your guests are around
