Ulunthu vada
What is Anjali vada maker. Where is it available?
Does it really help in making good ulundhu vadas.
Masal vada
Also please tell me the exact soaking time for masal vadai. How to get the correct consistency while grinding without making it too rough or too smooth to get a perfect vadai crisp and tasty. Thanks all for your help.

Swarna,
To make good Ulundhu vada, you should not soak the urad dhal for more than two hours. You should grind 1 cup urad dhal with 1/3 cup of water. If you grind in ultra grinders, the dough fluffs up nicely and you will get approximately 6 cups of dough.(you can make about 40 vadas). also add a table spoon of rice flour to the batter and then make vada, It will be crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.

I want to say that you seem to have nothing to do with your time than vomit foul words all over the internet.
There are starving people out there, perople with no hope of earning, people who die of sickness and hunger, people struggling to get educated, HELP THEM!!!
You call yourselves Indian? Then do something for other people! Just sitting in front of the computer and writing stupid things!
Get up and start helping! Move!!!
