I am getting Fat all over. Especially in my tummy. I would like to buy some small fitness equipment to do exercises and keep it at my house. Something I can practice every day without going to Gym. Anybody has tried any of them and got positive results in weight loss? If so, pls give me some suggestions. I live in USA.

A combination of diet and exercise will help. Try not to eat after 7p.m. Don't eat rice in the evenings. Use little or no cooking oil where possible. You need to buy the one that works on the specific area, apart from which you need to do weight bearing exercise, i.e. brisk walking for minimum of 30 minutes. In my opinion the fitness equipment by it self dosen't help much, but it's a step in teh right direction.

get a treadmill. get a good one... cos the cheaper ones have weight restrictions... and may be suitable only for walking. PROFORM makes good treadmills. You can go check them out at SEARS.
doing cardio exercises like running/biking will help u lose the weight... and ur tunny will reduce automatically. to tone them try doing crunches regularly. but just crunches wont help u lose the tummy... it only tones the muscles underneath the fat.

Try to follow the abdominal exercises given in the website below.
Please follow the instructions to T and abstain doing them if you experience any pain.
I have been doing them for past 1.5 yrs and the results are great(but i also follow strict diet and go to gym). I have almost a perfect tummy now(im not boasting nor i'm the webmaster of the website:))
