Hello madam Usha, since I am preparing my food by myself I tried this CRISPY RAVA DOSAI by the following way and it tastes good you can also try this. Mix rava 3parts with rice flour 1 part and mix both with some buttermilk and water and allow it for one hour and add other things according to your taste. Try this if it comes good I will be happy if not don't hit me. Bye, Srinivas

Hi,
Mix rava, rice flour, maida in equal proportions and keep it aside for one hour. Cut green chillies, ginger into small pieces. I generally add grated carrot also. If you like, you can also add carrot.
Add these to the mix and the mix should be dilute unlike traditional dosa. Put little oil on the pan and pour the mix on the pan. You should not try to spread the flour like other dosas.
While pouring the mix itself, you should make sure that you are spreading it in a thin layer.
You won't get proper shapes but it tastes good.
