 Anybody knowing the recipie of idli molaga podi. pls post it..thaanks

50 nos red chillies   
  half cup bengal gram dhal   
  half cup urud dhal   
  gooseberry size asafotida   
  one tablespoon salt   
  two tablespoon oil   
Cooking procedure: 
Put one teaspoon oil in a kadai and fry separately all the above ingredients except salt. Cool it and grind to a coarse powder. Can be eaten by adding ginjelly oil with Idly
