Please suggest the best books by Mrs.K.M.Mathew and the best muslim cookery books. I need to get some, because my parents are coming from India. Thanks in advance!

  Though Mrs. K M Mathew has written exhaustively about Kerala cooking(about 20 cookbooks in Malayalam & English), here are two of her good ones.

  I was looking thro old topics and found this thread. I would like to know whether the two cookery books Rimi suggested have recipes for Malayalee muslim cuisine. I'm desperately looking to put together a selection of authentic and traditional muslim cuisine specific to Kerala on our menu card for our little bistro.
