Hey Baburaj, !here is a recipe.Basmati rice-1/4cup(I prefer for it's taste and easy cooking,U can use any raw rice)milk-5cups ,sugar-1/4,ghee-4tsp,cardamom.heat 2 tsp ghee in a pressure pan fry the rice till it turns to light brown color,add 1 cup of milk and 1cup of water,close the lid,leave for 2 whistles,besides that boil rest of the milk in slow heat in an another container.After the rice is cooked add sugar and and rest of the milk ,let it boil nicely for sometime.Fry cashews and golden raisins in ghee ,now add cardamom powder to it.The same U can cook in a thick bottom pan also. It gives different taste.
