When I was in Mumbai I had some Bel Puri sold by a street vendor, which was absolutely delicious. Can anyone tell me how to make it? I know it has tamarind chutney, and onions, and it was all piled on little chips of some sort. I think it had little bits of...Do you call it sev?
Anyway, a recipe for this snack would REALLy be appreciated. Please give both Indian and English names for ingredients.
Thanks,
Fran
