Hi Archana,
You can use sugar syrup to make sakkarpara.
Take 2-3 cups maida (depands how much syrup you have)
Make dough using sugar syrup. (like paratha dough)
Roll in a big paratha. cut, and give shape of diamond.
Deep fry in ghee or oil.
OR you can use sugar syrup for cooking. Gujaratis always add sugar in their cooking. Instead of sugar they use leftover sugar syrup.

Archana
Add maida in to sugar syrup. Make a paratha dough(not too soft-like you can roll dough without any flour). So, I don't know how much maida should you use.Just try to make paratha dough again not too soft. Also, when you knead the dough, put some ghee/vegitable oil.

1. Sugar syrup can be added to any juice instead of sugar.
2. You can add it to slightly roasted wheat flour and make small balls the size of laddoos.

I always use leftover Gulab Jamun syrup in tea. The syrup always has cardamon in it and gives a nice flavour to tea.

!!
That amazes me, although I have never used left over sugar syrup in Tea.
Doesn't the syrup have oil/fat floating on it?
Infact reusing the left over syrup in making Gulab Jamuns is a Cardinal sin no sane Halwai would commit.
Sugar syrup helps Gulab Jamuns last longer and keep it moist apart from sweetening the product.
As for me - it goes in the Trash Can or down the drain washed down with running hot water, eh!
