Quite easy actually.
Soak green beans (pachai payir) overnight. Wash, remove stones and cook till soft. Drain, add sarkkarai, uppu, thengaaipoo and eilakkaai. Stir over slow fire, till the raw smell goes off.
Make small urundeis and keep.
In a separate vessel, mix rice flour, salt and water to a thick consistency. Immerse urundeis in this and deep fry.
Any other methods?

We usually dip the urundais in a thick batter of ulutham maavu mixed with water and a pinch of salt.

To make the job quick, can follow this method.
Make poornam just like kozhukattai(coconut poornam). For the batter, prepare with maida, a pinch of baking soda(to make it soft), turmeric, salt and water.
Now, dip the poornam in this batter and deep fry in oil.
