teveyanavai:
1/4kg kadalai flore
1 bawang besar
2 cili hijau
100g sayur sawi
garam secukupnga
1teh sudu seragam
minyak secukupnga
cara-cara menbuatnga:
mula mula kadalai mave simpam dalam kopai potekondu bawang dengan cili hijau patong dan masuk ka dalam kopai seragam pun masuk dalam kopai lepas tu potong sayur sawi masuk dalam kupai
lepas tu masuk kan air kedalam kupai dan pastikan
e ya!pekat jagan terlalu cair kuali kecil panas kan minyak lepas tu buat bola kecil kecil dan masuk dalam kuali pastikan e ya masak dan e ya jagan bagi hagus lepas tu siap lahh masala bonda
lepas tu makan lah dengan sos cili atau sos tomoto

Let me attempt to translate that...
INGREDIENTS
1/4kg kadalai maavu (Gram flour)
1 big onion
2 green chilly
100g kadugu keerai (mustard leaves?)
salt to taste
1 tsp seeragam (cummin?)
oil to fry
METHOD
Put flour in container
Add shredded onions and chilly
Add seeragam
Cut kadugu keerai and mix with above mixture
Add enough water for a stiff dough
Make small bal-l shaped dough and deep fry
Do not overcook.
Masala Bonda is ready to be eaten with chilly or tomato sauce.
