Hi I dont know the exact proportion but i guess its for one cup rice flour 1/2 cup yougurt or sourcream.
Add riceflour,salt,sourcream,ginded green chillies.mix it for each preparation.it shouldn't be too watery the exact consitency of other murrukku preparations.
its easy to make and tasty too but after one or two days refregriate it.
