Broccoli Recipes please !

could anybody post the various dishes that can be made with Broccoli?Thanks in advance

I make broccoli rice and my kids love it.
Here is the recipe.
Cook rice as usual with little less water so the grains will not stick to each other after cooking.
In an iron tawa, heat 4 tsp oil and splutter mustard seeds, then add hing, urad dhal and 2 red chillies (broken into pieces). Once the urad turns brown, add turmeric, finely chopped onion (one big onion) and finely chopped garlic (optional and you can use 3-4 cloves of garlic) and saute it. Once the onion is golden brown, add frozen, chopped broccoli (8 oz packet) and 4 oz. of chopped spinach, collard greens or mixed greens. Cover the tawa and cook the broccoli, green mixture in low heat. Once the broccoli is cooked (do not let it overcook. It takes only 5 minutes to cook the broccoli, green mixture). Switch off the stove and then add salt and cooked rice and mix them all well. If you want you can garnish with grated coconut.
