How to prepare typical Iyengar's Puliogare

 Hai, 
Can any one tell me how to prepare typical Iyengar's Puliyogare.  This is given as prasadam in the South Indian Temples.  I have tried many recipes of this but could not get that taste. Also tell me how to prepare ksheerannam with sugar.

 i know how to make Iyengar puliyogare
 Take lemon size tamarind and soak it for 2-3 hour and filter that tamarind juice, take one pan put one spoon oil and 1/4 tea spoon black musterd seeds , after spluttering put tamarind juice and 1/2 spoon termuric , bring the boil after few minutes put 2 lemon size jaggery , 1/2 spoon rasam powder and 1/2 spoon sugar , let it until thick( not too thick) because it will became thick after cool, keep it aside.
  Make 2 cups of rice with 4 cups of water , and spread it in a big besan or in big utencil.
 Again take a pan and make tadaka(oggarane), including , black musturd seeds, channadal, uraddal, peanuts, hing, termeric,curry leaves(must).
 Fry one big spoon sasame seeds(black till seeds), and make powder, and 2 big spoon grated dry cocconut(kobbari0.
 Than you take all stuffs including rice, gojju,tadka,salt(required), 2 spoons rasam powder, and mix all together, and lastly put 2 big spoons of peanut oil or till oil.
