Hi Frs,
Finally i knew how to make "good" munthiri cake like "krishna sweet" cake....

Here you go for the receipe.

Cashewnut 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Water 3/4 cup


Clean the nuts and dry grind it well. Mix the sugar and water and bring to boil(kaiyil pisu pisu nu ottum varai--apr 2 mins)Then add the grinded nut. Stir constantly until the water evoporats. Take frm stove when it doen't stick in the pan. Pour that in a gheed surface....make flate by using purikattai. Cut immedialty...
Thats it. You will make this in less than 10 mins.
