What are the vegetarian south indian dishes that tastes best with cocunut oil. Where all could it add extra flavor and make the dishes tasty

  The "thaaLikkal" (seasoning musturd seeds until they splutter in oil) for all Keralite curry itesm are done with coconut oil. All varieties of Keralite appams (neyyappam, vellappam etc.) are deep fried in coconut oil. The world famous "banana chips" are most tasty only if the deep frying is done in coconut oil. Simple onion-chammanthi (grind small-onions and dried red chillies together with a pinch of salt) is tasty only if coconut oil is mixed with it.(use this for idlies and dosas). Srangely contrary to popular belief the cases of cholestrol-excess are very less statistically in Kerala!!!

  i will be thankful to u if u guide me to tell about somethingactually i wana to ask about cocunut oil and my question is COCUNUT OIL exists in saturated and unsaturated forms(oil)(liquid) then where we will place it i mean to ask IN which class it will be placed and why?
