Any body can give Brinjal Gosthu?

Hi Ambi,
Brinjal Gosthu is easy
slice small onions and the brinjal to small pieces. First you fry the onions in a kadai with little oil and after sometime add the sliced brinjal with it and fry it. After frying those keep aside and then with little oil fry dry chillies,daniya, asafoetida powder(perungaiyam) and then powder it in a mixer. then smash the cooked brinjal and onions first and then add the grinded powder little by little and add salt(according to taste)& tamarind.
Season it with lots of oil with mustard & urid dhal.
