Food & exercise for a pregnant woman

hi,
can anyone tell me what kind of food should be taken frequently while pregnant and also some exercises for a normal delivery. Will yoga be helpful?

you can do yoga under the supervision of a good yoga teacher otherwise it's better not to do. Instead you can go for walking for 30 to 45 min daily.
regarding food, you can take a well balanced food. South Indian food ( sambar, rasam, kootu, curry) is the best as it contains all the nutrients that a pregnant lady needs.

yeah, you can go for walking now but not a brisk walk.
you can cover a kilometer in 15 min and later, in advanced stage in 20 min.
Besides walking, you may sit on the floor for a few times. Take care.
