You can use Collard Greens. Make sure you boil it in water to which salt is added in open pan (Don't cover while cooking this green). You get Dill which can be used in various indian dishes.
Plus, you get Methi in Indian stores and Drumstick leaves in any chinese/korean grocery stores which can be used in Indian cooking. There is one more which is called 'Vaali' in english and is called 'basale soppu' in kannada. This is very good for health and can be used in cooking. I have seen this in korean markets.

Dear Radhu,
Try this recipe to cook Collard. My family enjoy this .
bunch of Collard
one medium onion
green chillies 2 to 3
mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds 1/4tsp
pinch of turmeric powder
fresh scrapped coconut 1/2cup(you can use desiccated coconut too, if you don't have the fresh coconut)
oil 2 table spoon.
few curry leaves
salt to taste
Wash the collard well and drain all the water before you cut them.
remove the thick stems and the hard parts of the leaves and cut them in to a fine thin pices. thinner than the way you cut the cabbage.
fry the mustard seeds and fennel seeds in the oil, when mustard start popping, add the onians, green chillies and curry leaves. when its turn slightly golden colour, add the chopped up collard ,salt, turmerick and cover and cook on low heat until the greens are almost cooked,Mix every thing together once.then add the scrapped coconut , cover and cook furter 5 to 10 minutes and serve. Don't over cook the collard. You don't have to add any water , as the collard has enough water in them to cook.
