DEAR STACEY
ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A RECIPE FOR PLAIN NAAN AND PESHAWARI NAAN.
I HAVE RECIPE FOR PLAIN NAAN TO HAND WHICH I CAN POST, BUT FOR PESHAWARI NAAN I WOULD HAVE TO LOOK UP FURTHER.

Hello Sanjeeta:
Nothing connected with the topic in discussion, just curious, why do you use all upper case letters when posting a message...hope you know, it is considered as either you are screaming at somebody via text or trying to emphasize something very strongly. Just a thought.

Hello R.C.
Here at last is a post in lower case letters. When writing formal letters, I do of course, use capitals for headings only.
The first email I wrote was in formal letter style i.e. in lower case, and I got a reply in capitals, I thought it looked much nicer, henceforth the habit. Also, one doesnt have to keep hitting the shift key to make the first letter capital (laziness). Also get carried away with the typing and didnt notice.
I was in India when I first started emailing, and there the culture is different, nobody bothered about small letters or capital letters. When I came to England it was pointed out to me that one shouldnt write in capitals, and I stuck to that, then sometimes I forget and carry on typing in any manner.
So there goes the history of my capital letter use. Hope you understand. There was no intention in my mind of making a point or stressing something etc.
