how are you. i will tell you a fast food receipe.
take bread, butter, bread chatni, tomato sauce, basen, mirchi powder, asafotida, salt, turmeric powder. pour requiried quanty of water in basen(kadalai mavu), add mirchi powder, salt, turmeric powder, asafotida and bring to bajji mavu padham.
prepare bread chatni(coriander leaves, mint leaves, carry leaves, garlic, ginger, salt, green chillies little jaggery and grind it ). it should be neither thick nor thin. take one bread slice and apply this chatni, on the another slice tomato sauce and on the third one butter and cover it with the fourth one by keeping them one upon the other. dip this in the basen and fry in the oil. take it out and cut it into slices (vertically).
turn it and you can see three colours. white, green and red. serve it with tomato sauce, and the same bread chatni.

Try this for Dosai and Idli.
First fry very small amount of urud dal and red chillies with oil. Fry the onion with oil and grind the onion in the mixer. Add to this fried red chillies and urud dal. Grind all this with turmeric powder. Take a vessel add oil, Mustard, curry leaves and then add the mixture. When it becomes gravy off the flame and use it for Dosai and Idli.
This is very tasty and eacy to prepare. If you want you make this as a spicy chutney with the amount of red chillies.
