 Can Someone Give me the tips for preparing 
pineapple rasam , and diffrent variety of 
rasam

I can give you tips for preparing paadharasam (mercury) but you should have a doctorate in matullurgy to understand that.

It is similar to Tomato rasam , but instead of Tamarind , take half pineapple , amash in the mixie and add this to other ingrediants.

pine apple rasam is quite easy to prepare.
first cook tuvar dhal.  Now in a kadai first season mustard seeds, a few green chillies, ginger and tomatoes.  now add the dhal water when it comes to a boil you can add pineapple pieces or add pine apple juice to it.
it is very nice to drink.

Ven Pongal
Ingredients :
Rice - 1   1/2 cups              Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp 
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp              Salt - 1/2 tsp 
Asafoetida - a pinch              Ginger - small piece 
Green Gram Dhal - 1/4 cup              Cashews - 4 
Ghee - 1 tbs              Ginger - small piece 
Procedure :
Peel and cut the ginger into tiny pieces. Fry the cashews in a little ghee. Wash the rice and dhal well atleast twice. Add the ginger, fried cashews, black pepper and cumin seeds to the rice and cook in 3 to 3   1/2 cups of water. After the rice and dhal are well cooked, add the salt and ghee and mix well to mash the rice further. Serve hot with Coconut Thuvaiyal or any type of Thuvaiyal or Chutney.
