hey all,

ive looked everywhere for authentic shikanji recipe (including recipe for the shikanji masala and turn to you as my last resort. my daughter loves it and i hate to buy it off the street vendor all the time... please help...

  Add a table spoon of sugar into a cup of water, add a sppon of lemon juice in it. A pinch of salt and black pepper. A lot of ice.
  
  Quantity of sugar/Lemon etc can change as per your taste.
