Hello Eri,
Take some Buttermilk Abt 2 litres made out of thin churned Yogurt after adding some mashed Ginger, finely chopped Green chillies and salt to taste, take some ouil in a tampering ladle heat it and add mustard seeds abt a spoon. When the seeds start crackling, add the same to buttermilk.Garnish with freshly cut coriander leaves and serve after dinner or lunch.
This is for about six to eight people.Use two to three green chillies and about one and half inch piece of Ginger. Two spoons of oil for tamprering.
The buttermilk should not be too sour but sour enough.

Hi eri,
Here you go for "Bread Upma"
White Bread 10 slices
Onion 1(medium size)
Roma Tomato 4(medium--Well ripped)
Green chilli 2
Butter
Oli 2 table spoon
salt 1 tea spoon
Toast the breads using butter.keep them aside.
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry onions(finely chopped),green chilli(cut in to pieces in lenth wise) till golden brown. Add tomato(finely choped)
Add salt. Fry this untils it looks like a paste. Keep this aside.
Cut the toasted bread in to small small piece. Add the bread pieces to the tomato paste..mix well.
This is for 3 ppl. Simply have this for breakfaste or dinner.
Take care..
Kavi.
