Best side dish for bread is Fish Paste. Here is the recipe :
Fish (any type) : 2 big ones
Chilli powder : 5 tbsps
Salt : To taste
Boil the fish and grind it with chilli powder in a mixie with some water and the salt. Heat a pan and cook this paste for 5 minutes. Fish Paste is ready. This goes well with dosas, idli and poori too.

TASTY MINT CHUTNEY:
2 Bunches mint leaves
3-4 green chillies
small ball tamarind
salt to taste
50 gms butter
10 gms cheese
--grind these to a paste in the mixie
spread on bread slices. place sliced cucumber, onion and tomato between the slices.
This is easy to make and very tasty. You can make the spread and put it in the fridge for about a week.
