soggy pakoda!

hi,
i made the podi pakoda for which the recipe was posted in one of the threads....the result was good but when i stored the remaining pakodas it became soggy.any remedies or solutions so that it does not become soggy in the future?

Pakodas are generally better eaten fresh. You could try re-heating/toasting in a 300-350 G oven before re-serving. Hope this helps.
