any uses for cauliflower leaves and stems?

 I just bought a large cauliflower with plenty of leaves and stems. Can they be used in any  dishes?

Cauliflower leaves and stem are not used in cooking but you can use them in a compost pile they make good manure for plants.

I dont know about leaves, but, with stem, if it is tender, u can make kootu which my mother use to do and also, the taste is nice just like keerai thandu kootu.
