Does anyone know how to make this like the ones sold in South Indian Sweet shops?

Try this recipe:
Mix besan flour and rice flour in the ratio of 3:1. Add finely chopped garlic, onion, sombu, green chillies, chilli powder, curry leaves salt and little kesari powder for color. Also, add warm oil, butter (a little bit) and mix all of them together by sprinking water. Make the dough little course like somewhere inbetween very dry and chapathi dough.
Heat oil and drop little to medium sized drop of the dough (don't make it into a ball or something just coursely drop the dough) and fry them till it gets little darker than golden brown. When it's done drain in kitchen paper towel and there you go Bakoda is ready!
Have fun making it and enjoy eating it! Let me know how it comes out.
