"DETHRONING HIS FATHER"
the royal party had come for a hunt,
they were accompanied by their king,
a special event this was,
hence the musicians and courtiers began to sing.
the taj had been built,
in memory of his begum,
one fifth of a century gone,
the next generation had come.
DARKNESS HAD SET,ALL WERE ASLEEP.
the party dreamt
of hunting in their deep slumber,
when a strange figure,
crept into his majesty's chamber.
the sun had risen,
it was the early hours of the morn,
the emperor's prime minister entered the royal chamber,
to find that his majesty was gone.
"he was here last night",said one,
"he isn't here now", said another.
the news had begun to spread like a royal fire.
the disappointed party ,
returned the very following day.
the emperor's jewels,scattered,
down on the road ,they lay.
they were furious when they heard the news,
and later became abate,
they bagan to proceed towards the city,
only to await a shock at the royal gates.
the king had been dethroned,
by his own blood indeed.
his own son it was ,
who had done the trecherous deed.
THE FOLLOWING DAY
"jahanapanah",o king of kings,
said the royal poet with a slightly persian accent.
"we awaited this day,the day of your ascent".
the celebrations were on,
when an old minister interrupted,
the power that you acquire
is nothing but insane,infateous desire.
"a person supporting my father has no right to live",said the angry prince.
"so ,off with his head",he said.
"CHOPPING THE PROJECTIONS OF TWICE,TEN THOUSAND PAIRS OF HANDS IS EQUIVALENT TO HANGING THEM DEAD"
