What you have inteded' to convey is absolutely right. Female anatomy is sure a natural attraction for any healthy vibrant male, but most of our guys 'over-do' the 'scanning' stuff and in the process make an a** of himself.
Your suggestion that guys should keep eye-contact when they are in conversation with females is correct, coz most of 'em don't follow this basic inter-personal norm when talking to any female.
But there is a difference between 'vakkirap pArvai' and 'iyalbAna rasanai' ;-). Females know the difference between 'rasikarkaL' and 'kazisadaigaL' :)
The only solution to make these 'alien-like' qualities of some freaks like these is encourage male-female friendship and interaction thru co-ed schools and in other public forums. Unless guys are made to understand and accept females as just as they are - a fellow human traveller - these ragging and teasing anamolies would continue.
