Hi,
This is (my/our) first attempt at writing a silEdai. (or is it irattuRa mozithal?). (I/we) are planning to write more stuff here in this thread and enlighten the tamil folks.
For those of you who have lower literary funda: This one is a comparison between a kutti and a suvar (kuttichuvar). (usually the literary spirit is 'Writing poetry is my job. Finding meanings is your job'. But (I/We) want to be different. So we provided the one of the possible meanings. It is your genius to find other unintended meanings. Thanks)

By mistake we assumed that thamiz kavithai should be written in tamil. We do not know where we picked up this crazy idea. Anyway, by looking at the other kavithai threads we realized our mistake and deeply apologize for the same. When a thamiz kavithai is written in English transliteration it gets its extra elegance and makes you read again and again till the kuril and nedils make sense. What could be more enjoyable to a poet than by frustrating his readers by providing abstruse meanings of poetry and make them read the same till it makes sense? So to be in line with the rich tradition we had provided the transliteration. Enjoy!

varsha,
download and install Inaimathi/Inaikathir TSC fonts from http://www.murasu.com
Also, http://www.tamil.net/newtamil/ekalappai_1.html provides tsc_avarangal. And this 100% free application helps tamil writing easier than ever, in all kinds of windows applications.
Reading Tamil in Tamil is easy. Writing tamil using english alphabets is easy. So are these fonts applications.... very very useful.
