Is the number system ( 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) from India?

  Your question should be "Did the Indians invent zero and decimal place-value system?" The answer to that question is Yes. Other cultures have used other numbers. Even the decimal system has been independently invented elsewhere. Some historians claim that even the invention of zero may have occurred elsewhere.
