1. Not to indulge in any corruption on this day.
2. To write to the "Anti-Corruption & Vigilance Department of Govt. of India" about atleast one corruption incident/officer you know about on this day.
3. To post atleast one single such incident in this forum.

Looks like corruption would be given official protection on all days except this one ? I am glad that they didn't mark Feb29, 2001.

Could you please give me the Indian Govt links which states that India is maintaining this day as Anti-Corruption Day? I would like to send them some pointers.

Ha ha ha. Good one. LOL ;-} In other countries, one bribes officials only during BREAKING the law. In India, you have to bribe officials to allow you to act WITHIN THE LAW (obtain a fair trial, not be beaten by the polics, get a telephone line).
On a more serious note, Indian officials are so shameless, that exposing them & posting their names on a website, won't work. Look at Lallu Yadav, Jayalalitha. If you or I were caught, & our none too complimentary image was posted on the internet for all to see our ignominy, we would be mortified. But these ugly Indian officials & politicians don't care, they are so shameless!!

Could you please tell me if corruption has fallen in Pakistan since Musharraf took over? I want your 1st hand experience.
PS, you know who you are, even though you are posting under assumed Indian name's'. It is pretty obvious.
Anyway, I am interested to know about Pakistan's corruption, as I have heard very positive reports on clampdown on corruption by Musharraf.

Karthik & Amar Sinha,
It is not Government Proposal; It is a voluntary Proposal. It has to become a great festival like Deepavali; People should give more importance to this kind of festivals than valentine day.
Also, At least on this One Day, no corruption prevails in this country as a whole.
This Day is also used to take vows, individually and organisation-wise they will eradicate corruption starting on this day.
This day to be successful, it needs all the citizens of this country to volunteer for.

MORE EMPHASISE IS GIVEN ON REPORTING A CORRUPTION ON THIS DAY.
THIS SINGLE ACT BY EVERY INDIVIDUAL WILL CERTAINLY ACT AGAINST CORRUPTING OFFICERS.
ATLEAST THEY WILL WORRY ABOUT SUCH REPORTING BY THE PEOPLE AND STOP DOING WRONGS IN THE FUTURE.
Tell your friend about this topic
