INDIAN STONEHENGE? who infulenced who?

i found this interesting article whilst looking 4 information on DRAVIDIAN technology just to shut people like Gopalan (who thinks the KLU-KLUX-KLAN movement is a spiritual one) and others who feel threatened by SANSKRIT and INDIAS achievements.

'where the ancient YAKKHA city of 'LANKA' was located, we don't have for certain. It might be the megalithic fortress of ARITHTHA, presently located at RITIGALA, where large prehistoric monoliths in perfect rectangular shapes standing 18ft high by 6ft by nearly 2ft, bearing a great similarity to STONEHENGE in England can be found.
Another city which Fernando discovered by air was that of VIJITHAPURA covering 250 acres.....

Can anyone give me anymore information on this?
