I am a great fan of Mr.Jagathi Sreekumar.He has that acting talent.Do you know that acting in comedy scenes is a painstaking job? Not easy to do.In that case Jagathi is one of the greatest actors on Indian Cinema. Kindly invite your responses.

  jagathy is actually a multi talented actor who can act very well in serious roles as well. There is one movie I'll never forget, called avittam Thirunal Arogya Sreeman. Jagathy does the main character and acts as an aged 'padathalavan'. His acting in this movie was on par with that of Nedumudi or Bharat Gopi.

  Jagathy's been around and at the top for more than two decades and unlike many actors at the top, he's always remained the number one comedian....I've seen some comedy movies in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. I feel the comedians in these movies are too stereotypical and depend on dialogues and 'unnecessary' expressions to make the audience laugh. Johny Lever in Hindi, Brahmadandam in Telugu and Goundamani/Senthil in Tamil are supposedly top comedians but just cannot compare with Jagathy...

  Have you guys seen an old Prem Nazir movie, I dont remember the name, it may be Theeram Thedunna Thira,
  This movie has a Tamil style parallel comedy track, Jagathy plays the role of a Picha Kaaran, First he is begging near a temple, then he buys a walk-man and records his voice and keeps it in auto-repeat mode, then he starts a Human-resource style company for Pichakarans, slowly he grows and towards the end he is recruting post-grades for Picha at the air-port and abroad... his scenes were hilarious, at least as a kid, I just couldnt stop laughing...

  3. Killukam, Witness, Malapuram Haji & Yodha - Para marupara style
  4. Junior Mandrake - Trying to get arrested.
