Change at the last minute !!

I am remembering some of the last minute changes in films..
read from magazines long time ago..you may be knowing it..
Just writing it here..if anybody interested pls come with more stories..





Rajaavinte makan:
Thampi kannanthanam approached mammootty and mammootty told
Thampi to come after learning Movie direction.
He went to Mohanlal.
Ekalavyan:
Everybody knows it. Planned to do with Mammootty.

Oru Vadakkan veeragatha:
Planned to do with new comers and chandu's role was decided to give to a
Tamil actor!!!!!!..and Parvathi was selected for unniyarcha. But she rejected
as she was not ready to wear "mulakkacha"..quite reasonable
Chanakyan:
Rajiv kumar planned with Mammootty..finally done by Kamal
Advaitam :
This movie priyan was planning to do with Mammootty and Jayaram.
But Mohanlal became Sivan in that movie


Adhaaram:
Planned to do with Mammootty. Murali done it and got so many awards.

anaswaram:
Planned to do with Mohanlal....good that Lal couldn't do it.


Kudumbasametham:
Jayaraj approached mammootty with 3 stories. the story of a singer,
the story of Johny walker and another based on rain. Mammootty who always
mad about glamour roles, selected Johny walker....later Jayaraj made the story
of the singler with Manoj k jayan

Aparan:
Pathmarajan planned it with Mohanlal..it became the first movie of Jayaram

Dalapathy:
Initially it planned with Arjuna-karna ralation ship in Mahabharatha
Then it made to Karna- Duryodhana relation ship.
Mammootty's role was suppoesed to be done by rajni with more importance.
But as tamil people don't accept Rajni to be killed, the roles interchanged.
And jayaram was selected to do the role of collector done by aravind swamy
Roja:
Cinematographer/director rajiv menon(acted in Harikrishnans) was supposed to do the role of Aravind swamy.

Harikrishans:
Initially Harikrishan's case was with the character to be done by Suresh Gopi..but in that case there is no heroine..
so the case gone to Meera done by Juhi chowla.

Bharatam:
Bharatams story made in one night, as another movie was ready with more or less same story it had
earlier.

  It is interesting to read. But I donot think the case regarding Adharam.
  In one of the interviews, Lohi said: he, murali and Kireedam unni went to mukambi and while they were talking , Unni asked Lohi to create a story for Murali. And that was ADHARAM. I dont think it was made for Mammootty.
  
  I dnot believe the case of ANSWARAM also. Director Jomon was a friend of mammootty and it is hard to believe that he will plan to make a movie with Lal. That too after the success of smarajyam with mammootty.

  yes..all the stories may not be correct...
  some may be gunds..
  I read somewhere that as mammootty rejected 3 roles it helped three actors. Rajavinte makan for
  lal, ekalavyam for suresh gopi and adhaaram for murali.
  Also i read that anaswaram was planned to be directed by somebody else with lal. But as Jomon had mammootty's date he has done it with him..
  anyway there nothing serious in it...just for time pass i wrote it..thanks
