Even though it is an old old movie, what are your views and comments about this famous movie? :)

  Actually, a new movie by the same name is running to packed houses in Andhra Pradesh. The film is with newcomers Udhay Kiran and Reema Sen(sister of the girl who acted in Taj mahal and Goodluck). Teenage love story, totally different from current crop of films. Is this what you are talking about?:-)

  The movie was good entertainment - though the ending somewhat too fast and boring. But Mohanlal showed his talent in it - far more than Renjini. I think Renjini also benefited by the success of Chitram.

  the location can only be either Kumily or Moonnar. no other place has such locatns. try and watch the very start of the film and you might get some clues ..... when they print thanks to many names and where they come from.
  the film succeds bcs of a brilliant script and when did m'lal, Sreeni or any mallu actors let down a brill script.
