One Man Show is a very good comedy movie. It is better than Thenkashippattannam vis-a-vis story and comedy scenes. Shafi-Rafi-Mecartin have done it very well.

  i will consider aniyan bhava,adyathe kanmani and punjabi house to be their good movies...but thenkasipattanam is just plain boran...the movie without diliep is like award movie..bec of dillip and salim kumar ..the movie became a super hit...so the credit doesn't go to rafi-mecartin

  well. i don't completely agree with you jibi about thenkashi. though i agree that dileep is the major fact behind the success of thenkashi, that movie was the result of a better teamwork.

  thenkasipattanam was not at all a good movie as much as i remember, sure, the scenes with dileep were quite funny, but the rest...no...suresh gopi's comedy is too unnatural, he just doesn't fit for comedy, the only film where his comedy was kind of okay was 'summer in bethleham', but even there it wasn't natural, so not pleasing.
  and the other guy, lal. i heard he is considered as a really good actor, i don't know to which extent this is right. but i personally can't stand him and his acting. it's not that he's a bad actor, but so many roles he has done are of a very unsympathic type, and also somehow same...like in 'kanmadam', he so often plays these psycho-type of characters...like this other guy in malayalam film, i forgot his name, this thaadikaran, who is also a model for suits i think, he often plays drug-addicts, now at the moment i only remember him in 'pallavoor devanaryanan', he played this poojari or whatever, who liked that girl (who was so crazy about mammootty). anyway, he is also one guy i kind of hate in malayalam films.

  one man show is just an average with the same treatment given by this duo in puthukottayile puthumanavaalan. this story does not make much sense. it is just a story for a story. but few character formation is better.

  the main problem with Narendran makan is Kunchako and samyuktha are not at all a match...and ofcourse it is dragging..
  
  And srinivasan's best movie is, i think, "vadakkunokkiyanthram"

  narendran makan is another movie, where the main story and the comedy are not tightly coupled. the political comedies by innocent and the other comedies by haneef in the movie have no connection with the main story. I feel that the main story should have been stronger like in sandesham, where the main story and the comedy goes hand in hand.
