The song at the end of Matrix Revolutions is an antient prayer in Sanskrit.
AsaTo Ma SaT gamaya (Take me from non truth to the truth)
Tamaso Ma jyoteer gamaya (Take me from darkness to the light)
MruTyorma amruTam gamaya (Take me from death to immortalness)
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti (Peace Peace Peace)

First of all, the Oracle represents Kali. The Architect represents Brahma. the Oracle also represents the Serpent while the Architect represents Christ. Smith represents the Antichrist, but he also represents Shiva. He also represents ignorance (the Oracle refers to Smith as "darkness" which is also ignorance in Hindu philosophy). Neo represents Christ, but AS AN INCARNATION of vishnu. And no, the Matrix trilogy is NOT a Christian movie primarily. Bernard White, the actor who plays Rama Kandra, said so himself. He said the Wachowski bros were greatly inspired by the Bhagavad Gita. As for the world descending into sin, yes you're right. Because it is the end of kali yuga. the emergence of the sun, and the architect walking in the matrix is supposed to represent the beginning of Satya Yuga. In hindu philosophy there are 4 yugas: Satya, Treta, Dwapara, and Kali.

The title of the song at the end is Navras. Very Indian, which should tip you off to how much Hindu influence is really there.
By the way, Smith is a bit of a paradox. He expresses the Buddhist sentiment when fighting Neo, so he is enlightened. But he's also considered ignorant in Hinduism, because he gives himself completely over to destiny and control.
As for Rama Kandra and Neo, they are one and the same. Both incarnations of Vishnu. In the Ramayana, Rama meets Parashurama, they are both incarnations of Vishnu. Rama takes away Parashurama's potency and Parashurama goes to meditate in the mountains for the rest of his life, between heaven and earth. This is where Neo ends up in the beginning of revolutions. Neo says to Rama Kandra, "I know you". He means that in the literal and spritual sense, because Neo is Parashurama, the 6th incarnation of Vishnu. Rama Kandra is the divinity of Christ, which he transfers over to Neo. Yes there are blatant similarities to Christianity in the movie. But if you look at the philosophy behind everything, it's very Hindu, IMHO. The Merovingian represents Ravana as well as the devil by the way.
When Smith goads Neo after blinding him, that is akin to the Romans goading Christ, blindfolded, taunting him to see them with his second sight. Neo does see Smith through his second sight, but that doesn't have only Christian significance. It also is meant to show that the real world may not be so real after all. Neo seeing things of machine origin, the machines exerting their control outside of the Matrix, Neo stopping sentinels like he does bullets in the matrix all point to the unreality of the real world. That Neo can do these things is meant to suggest the real world may not be so real after all. So what's the point here? Well it ties back to what Cypher says in the first movie: the Matrix can be just as real as the real world. It's all about perception of reality.
As for Neo forming a cross, yes he does that upon his death, but afterwards you will also see the lotus which is associated with Hindus and Buddhists.

By the way, the machines can be interpreted as kshatriyas and in this sense, Neo is supposed to wipe out all the kshatriyas just like Parashurama. The kshatriyas were rulers of India. Another point I'd like to make is the battle in Revolutions seems reminiscent of the Mahabharata. Both man and machine are like cousins, the Kauravs being the machines, the Pandavs being the rebels. They are both very similar despite their external appearances. And captain mifune dies a lot like Abhimanyu died in the Mahabharata (though this could look to be just about anything, I really do think they were striving for this allegory). Abhimanyu fought to the very end with only a broken down chariot wheel when surrounded by Kauravs. Kind of like Captain Mifune when he's swarmed by sentinels and he keeps firing his APU (like his chariot).
