As part of movie promo, there were interviews in Asianet, Kairali and Surya involving Priyan Lal and Sreeni.

Somebody asked Lal about his 'thadi'. He said that he is aware of that and he will do his next movie only after reducing fat.

If he does that it is well and good. I feel his worst enemy is his fat body.

Earlier people used to say Lal IS AN ALLROUNDER.
Now, he is really an all'ROUND'er.

  Malayalam FILM FAN maybe looks like the body builders in the hollywood films. comeon man how many FRICKING MALLUS or INDIANS are not FAT?? how many of them don't have a fRICKING PLUMBY STOMACH?? PEOPLE NEED TO SHUT THEIR STUPID AZZ MOUTH AND LOOK AT THEM SELF BEFORE TELLING SOMEONE IS FAT. Especially malayalees.

  there was a time when we could thump our chests and brag about our great 'actors'(not 'looker's) like gopi and nedumudi. it's sad that we also have fallen into the glamour trap and are expecting heros to look like greek gods.
  
  mohanlal, even with all the fat, still remains one of malayalam's best dancers and undoubtedly, the most flexible actor. kaanaan sundaranum nalla physical appearance um okke undaayittum suresh gopiye polullavarkku enthu sambhavaichu? don't mix looks with talent, man.

  i don't think mff meant it that way ,as in "lal should is fat,so he's bad".
  I sort of agree with him in saying that if lal wants to do roles of bachelors or even a "young"
  middle-ager, he needs to slim down a bit.
  
  About Gopi ,nedumudi and thilakan, yes,it was just acting and not their looks that helped hem.But their roles suited their physique.
  But lal's present roles don't.
  If we want lal hanging around as the smart hero,then its better if he cuts down on that flab.or else he should switch into more mature roles,mebbe then go on like nedumudi..
  
  
  I'm not saying that i want any freaking body-builder,but when kamal hasan can still convince u that he's in his 30's in his movies,why can't lal also try?

  THE PROGRAMMES IN ALL CHANNELS ABOUT KCM WERE A REAL WASTE AND IT WAS A PANIC REACTION ON THE PART OF THE FILM CREW TO GET MORE PEOPLE FLOGGING TO THEATRES. THE COLLECTIONS OF EACH AND EVERY FILM RELEASED FOR VISHU HAS DECREASED SHARPLY.
  KILICHUNDAN IS THE WORST FILM OF VISHU SEASON.IT HAS NOTHING TO BRAG ABOUT EXCEPT SRINIVASAN S' BRILLIANT ACTING.IT HAS A SHABBY SCRIPT AND THE STORY IS SO WEAK.THE ACTORS, ESPECIALLY SUPERSTARS SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE ACTING IN SUCH MEANINGLESS ROLES LIKE LAL'S ROLE IN KCM AND MAMMOOTTYS' ROLE IN CB.THESE ROLES ARE SO MEANINGLESS AND WILL SHOW THE EXIT POINT TO THESE OVERAGED ACTORS.

  hello vince as i posted a thread abt it and the info ...and nobody responded to it ..so i thought nobody liked mal channels ..
  
  anyway i got kairali man ..only problem is their dish is not tht great ..kairali has much better programs than asianet and asianet is 100 bucks more expensive than kairali ..but the advantage of asianet is they provide excellent dish and its 100% digital ..kairali is good too ..but not up to the quality of asianet..as i said kairali has much better programs ..
  
  u live in chicago right .. u ask ur friends or near indian stores abt asianet/kairali ..a lot of malayalis there right .. some one in chicago will be bringing it ..even the channels are in florida ..why not chicago .. here are the info i know man .. Kairali tv is brought to us by triveni movies in houston .. if u go to their site www.trivenimovies.com ..or go to www.kairali-tv.com ..in kairali site in the top ..the displaying the #s to contact in USA ..and abt asianet some one in maryland has the rights to the us.. www.asianetusa.tv

  ohh and abt surya ..surya owned by tamil channel sun tv ..sun tv launched in us like 4 months ago .its comes via dish network ..u have to be a dish network subscriber to get the channel ..or subscribe it ..they are said to launching surya tv in the us ..i don't know how many malayalais have dish network .. abt 300000 tamil subscribers are for dish network ..so they get good profit with sun tv .. i don't know if they bring surya or not .. they said to be launching this summer .. i mailed surya tv mds,production,inforamtion center and sun tv also ..and they never replied ... i am a dish network subscriber ..if surya tv comes .. i am 100% taking surya tv because its the best channel

  sorry if i am being such an azz here, but i don't know jack abt this dish things...!!! so u need one dish for each channels? so if u have like 5 indian channels u have also 5 dishes??
  
  I met this guy who does the connection service for asianet three days ago. He said he is too busy, and his supplies didn't last a week, and he is getting heavy orders. I didn't ask him more abt this since i dont have dish network. Thanks for ur reply.

  any way vince just decide u want kairali and asianet or just one channel ..asianet and kairali u get in different dishes and their recievers are different ... if u want asianet go tell the guy tht i need a connection ..they
  ll give u the dish and reciever i think the intial cost of asianet will be around $300 + $15 per month ..and kairali is $250 and then $15 per month ..
  
  vince u don't need dish network to get asianet or kairali ... u just order from the guy ..they'll give u the dish and the reciever ...they'll come and install it at ur house ..so u just have to pay the money ..they'll fix everything ... i am talking abt surya tv ..if surya tv comes then u need to be a subscriber of dish network ..
  
  vince go and talk to the guy and order asianet ..most of the people getting asianet .. if u order tom ..its might take a week to get.. as i said abt the dish of kairali is not tht great ..so i mailed triveni movies in houston and complained to them ..they replied back tht already they sold 500 dishes and they got no complains ..may be i need to retune it ... so get asianet or kairali man ..good luck
